Gentile concentrates his practice in business, commercial and consumer law and litigation with an emphasis in real estate, construction, contract disputes, consumer fraud claims, commercial matters and collection practice. He represents individuals, real estate developers, management companies, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other business-related clients in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Stan has significant experience in prosecuting and defending cases for clients of all sizes ranging from individuals and small closely-held corporation to large corporations and Fortune 200 companies. He was victorious in participating in a case giving rise to a published opinion clarifying the lien law in New Jersey and he also obtained the reversal of a lower court decision giving rise to a published opinion establishing precedent involving arbitration clauses in real estate purchase agreements in Pennsylvania.

Prior to representing clients, Stan began his legal career clerking for the Honorable John A. Fratto, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County (and Burlington County). He earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. He also earned his dual Bachelors of Arts and Science degrees from the University of Tampa.
